How to Attend Webinars

The link for the webinar can be found under the upcoming presenter information. Once the link to the webinar is opened, you will be prompted to register and download the Zoom software. This should take about 1-2 minutes. Once the software download is complete, run the software. Zoom will auto-join you to the webinar that was linked with the registration information you provided. If you have any issues or questions, please send an email to pserc@asu.edu.

Asking questions during the webinar: You can ask questions or make comments during the webinar by entering your question into the Q&A box.

Request a Professional Development Hour (PDH) certificate: PDH certification is available to PSERC members who attend a webinar live and whose attendance is verified. To request a PDH certification send an email to pserc@asu.edu with the subject ‘PDH’. Include the name and title of each participant.
